How To Care For & Extend the Life of Your Flextensions
These tips will help avoid excessive tangling as well as preserve the color, quality, and longevity of your Flextensions.
- Wash after 3 -4 wears, separating your colors.
- Use cool water.
- Use high quality shampoo & conditioner - Obliphica & Pin-ups brands recommended.
- Place the Flextension on a towel to air dry or use a comb to hold as you blow-dry.
- Apply heat protection products before using any hot tools (hair dryer, straightener, curling iron, etc.).
- Brush the Flextensions (wet-brush recommended) and place them flat in the storage bag.
- Do not store Flextensions that are damp or wet.
- Do not swim in your Flextensions. Chlorine and salt water will diminish hair texture and color quality.
- It is not recommended sleep in your Flextensions.
